Alumni Workspace

A desk with PC and use of wireless printer is available for use by registered A&O alumni from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday on a first-come, first-served basis on our 1st floor gallery. A desk must be booked in advance in order to ensure availability and security clearance.
To book these facilities you must email BusinessSupport@allenovery.com specifying the date and time that you would like to use the facilities and a member of the team will respond to your enquiry.
Please note that these are self-service facilities. Print room services and secretarial services are not available.
Terms of use
Use of the workspace must be booked in advance through Business Support to verify that requester is a registered member of the Alumni Network. For security reasons only registered alumni may use the alumni desks.
If an alumnus wants to meet with an external guest they can do so in the lobby area on the ground floor. Space is not guaranteed – it is on a first-come first-served basis. Alumni must register guests with the ground floor Front of House desk or with Business Support in advance. Meeting rooms are not to be used, nor any other area in the building as these are restricted to client use only for A&O business.
External guests of an alumnus cannot make use of the Gallery PCs – this area is for use by A&O’s registered alumni only.
