Mentoring

The A&O Mentoring Programme, open to all members of the Alumni Network, provides a mentee with the opportunity to discuss their professional development confidentially outside of their immediate working environment with a chosen mentor.

Mentoring relationships between people in different organisations will benefit even more from this fresh perspective, with the added bonus of both having experience and understanding of A&O culture.
