About the programme
The A&O Mentoring Programme, open to all members of the Alumni Network, provides a mentee with the opportunity to discuss their professional development confidentially outside of their immediate working environment. Mentoring relationships between people in different organisations will benefit even more from this fresh perspective, with the added bonus of both having experience and understanding of the A&O culture.

Who can join the A&O Mentoring Programme?
All global alumni and A&O partners and employees may participate as a mentor, mentee, or both, although it should be recognised that some people may not have the experience to act in a mentor role.
